Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment Authorization
By submitting a pre-order, you authorize 3E USA to charge your selected payment method at the time the order is placed.
Pre-orders are charged immediately in order to reserve your product within a limited production allocation.
2. Estimated Shipping Timeline
Pre-order products are expected to ship on or after the estimated timeframe stated in the product description, in the order in which pre-orders are received.
All shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production, supply chain, or logistical factors.
Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for payment disputes or chargebacks.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders canceled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund, less a 3% payment processing fee.

Once the order has shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies.

Refund or cancellation requests based on a change of mind or non-urgent reasons must follow our formal refund process and do not justify chargebacks.
4. Delivery & Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, delivery refusal, or failure to collect the shipment are not eligible for chargebacks or automatic refunds.
5. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to first contact our Customer Support at cs@3eeos.com
so we may attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair and timely resolution.
