Return & Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies exclusively to products sold within the United States through 3E USA and its authorized sales channels.
By placing an order with 3E USA, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of electro-optical and mission-critical equipment, refunds and returns are limited and subject to the conditions described in this policy.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

Refunds are not offered for used products

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization

Certain products are non-returnable (see below)
2. Damaged or Defective Products (DOA / Warranty Issues)
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact 3E USA Customer Support promptly to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Products determined to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of 3E USA, in accordance with the applicable warranty policy

Refunds are not issued for defective products

Warranty remedies apply instead of refunds
3. Exchanges
Exchange requests may be accepted within thirty (30) days of the original order date, subject to approval by 3E USA.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for approved exchanges

Replacement products will be shipped after the original product is received and inspected

Certain product categories may be excluded from exchange eligibility
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

Special-order or customized products

Products that show signs of use, modification, or installation
5. Return Authorization (RMA) Requirement
All returns or exchanges require prior authorization from 3E USA.
Returns sent without an approved RMA number may be refused or returned to the sender.
RMA instructions, including return address and documentation requirements, will be provided after approval.
6. Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns or exchanges must be shipped:

In original or equivalent protective packaging

With all accessories, manuals, and included items

In the condition specified in the RMA approval
Products damaged due to improper packaging, missing components, or unauthorized handling may be rejected.
7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

3E USA is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return shipment
Customers are encouraged to use insured and trackable shipping methods.
8. Processing Time
Once an approved return or exchange is received and inspected:

Processing will begin within a reasonable timeframe

Exchange or replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and inspection results
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact 3E USA Customer Support to resolve any issues prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future orders.
10. Export & Compliance Notice
Products sold by 3E USA may be subject to U.S. export control laws.
Returns or exchanges that would result in an export, re-export, or transfer in violation of applicable regulations will not be approved.
