Effective January 1, 2024, Mirtech Corporation is providing the following warranties to its customers (within the United States of America only), on products purchased after January 1, 2024.
□ OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Should your product require service under warranty, please send RMA Request to us. Upon receipt of your information, we will e-mail you with return instructions. All products should be fully insured with the correct postage. Mirtech Corporation will not be responsible for improper packaged or damaged units during shipment.
□ WARRANTY DETAILS
Products purchased from Mirtech Corporation are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase. In the event a defect that is covered by this warranty occurs, Mirtech Corporation, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the product, and such action on the part of Mirtech Corporation shall be the full extent of the company’s liability, and the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.
This warranty does not cover products that:
- Were used in other than its normal and customary manner;
- Were misused;
- Were altered, modified or repaired by the Customer or by any party other than Mirtech Corporation, without the prior written consent of Mirtech Corporation;
- Were discontinued by the manufacturer and either parts or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of Mirtech Corporation.
Mirtech Corporation shall not be responsible for any defects or damage that in the company’s opinion resulted from the mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage or improper operation, including use in conjunction with equipment which is electrically or mechanically incompatible with or of inferior quality to the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer. Any breach of this warranty shall be waived unless the customer notifies Mirtech Corporation at the address noted below within the applicable warranty period. The customer understands and agrees that except for this warranty, no other warranties written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. All such implied warranties are hereby and expressly disclaimed.
□ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mirtech Corporation will not be liable for any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising from the use of this product. Operation and use of the product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. The provision of products sold and services performed by Mirtech Corporation to the Customer shall not be interpreted, construed, or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit of or creating any obligation toward any third party of legal entity outside Mirtech Corporation and the Customer. The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive and the total liability of Mirtech Corporation whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the unit upon which liability is based. In no event shall Mirtech Corporation be liable for consequential, incidental or special damages.
□ RETURN POLICY
Items returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a full refund upon inspection, less shipping costs. 15% restocking fee will be applied to volume purchasing of orders of 10 units or more. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Important: You must contact Mirtech Corporation for a return authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise will not be accepted. This number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new and unused and must include the original packaging, manuals and all accessories. Shipping & handling, and COD charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. Mirtech Corporation is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping or otherwise. Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event items are missing or damaged. Special orders, close-outs and products sold “as is” cannot be returned. Returned items which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, neglect, (i.e. cracked housing, cracked optics etc.) will be returned to the customer. Mirtech Corporation reserves the right to refuse the merchandise or re-ship the merchandise to the customer under the following conditions:
- The return authorization number was not visible on the outside of the box.
- The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, used or scratched.
- The original invoice was not included.
- The merchandise was ordered by credit card and order was cancelled after the credit card was processed.
- The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.
Mirtech Corporation shall make every effort to repair your unit at a reasonable cost after expiration of the warranty. However, extensive damage may or may not be repairable. The customer will be provided with a cost estimate prior to any work being performed. Please contact us for cost estimates and additional information.
