At 3E USA, we stand behind our products with warranty coverage designed to match how they are used in the real world.

To provide the right level of protection across our product range, 3E USA offers two distinct warranty programs, each aligned with specific product categories and performance requirements.

All warranties apply exclusively to products sold within the United States through 3E USA and its authorized dealers.

01. Peace of Mind Limited Lifetime Warranty

3E USA proudly offers its Peace of Mind Limited Lifetime Warranty for selected 3E USA products.

This warranty applies exclusively to products sold within the United States through 3E USA and its authorized dealers.

This warranty applies only to the following products:
AVCI, CRS, ARS, A1x, V1x, VW1x, R1x, S1x, S1x Solar+, M3x, M5x, KESKIN

Different products may be subject to different warranty terms and conditions.

01.1. Warranty Coverage

Peace of Mind reflects our commitment to building reliable, durable products you can trust.

3E USA warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

If a covered product experiences an issue eligible under this warranty, 3E USA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product in equal or better condition, free of charge.

You do not need to be the original owner, and no proof of purchase is required.

01.2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to products that have been:

Subject to theft, loss, neglect, or vandalism
Abused, misused, improperly installed, altered, or modified
Used outside normal and intended operating conditions
Damaged cosmetically where such damage does not affect function or performance, as determined by 3E USA
Repaired or serviced by parties not authorized by 3E USA
Manufactured or branded by parties other than 3E USA
Sold to military, government, or law-enforcement end users, where warranty terms may be governed by separate contractual agreements, procurement conditions, or program-specific requirements

01.3. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY 3E USA.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, APPLY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

3E USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

01.4. Final Authority

All warranty determinations — including eligibility, repair versus replacement, and selection of replacement products — are made solely at the discretion of 3E USA.

01.5. Jurisdiction Notice

Products sold outside the United States are subject to local laws, regulations, and market-specific warranty requirements.

02. Peace of Mind Mission Coverage

3E USA offers Peace of Mind Mission Coverage, a 5-Year Limited Warranty, for select professional-grade electro-optical products.

This warranty applies exclusively to products sold within the United States through 3E USA and its authorized dealers.

This warranty applies only to the following products:
PARS, TIGER, FELIS, LUCID, SCAN, LEO, DLIRIL+, ONYX, ARES

Different products may be subject to different warranty terms and conditions.

02.1. Warranty Coverage

Peace of Mind Mission Coverage reflects 3E USA’s commitment to delivering dependable performance for mission-focused applications.

3E USA warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of five (5) years from the date of first retail purchase.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, 3E USA will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable product, subject to availability.

Repair timelines may vary depending on the nature of the issue, parts availability, and required service procedures.

02.2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to products that have been:

Subject to theft, loss, neglect, or vandalism
Abused, misused, improperly installed, altered, or modified
Used outside normal and intended operating conditions
Damaged cosmetically where such damage does not affect function or performance, as determined by 3E USA
Repaired or serviced by parties not authorized by 3E USA
Discontinued where replacement units or parts are no longer available beyond the control of 3E USA
Sold to military, government, or law-enforcement end users, where warranty terms may be governed by separate contractual agreements, procurement conditions, or program-specific requirements

Damage resulting from improper storage, incompatible accessories, poor-quality batteries, battery leakage, corrosion, or failure to maintain specified environmental conditions is not covered.
Damage caused by storing the product with batteries installed or battery compartment corrosion is excluded from coverage.

02.3. Important Use Notice

Operation of electro-optical equipment under excessive light conditions or outside its intended operational environment may cause permanent damage.
Such damage is not covered under this warranty.

02.4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

3E USA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

02.5. Post-Warranty Service

After expiration of the warranty period, 3E USA may, at its discretion, offer repair services at a reasonable cost, subject to parts availability.
A cost estimate will be provided prior to any repair work.
